I use this as a mat for my indoor bike/smart trainer. The concrete floor my equipment is on is slightly uneven and this mat is perfect for keeping my set-up stable when riding. It is sweat proof and mops up easily. Very happy with this purchase.

I have a crawl space under my home with rough concrete. First, it was uncomfortable to crawl on the floor and hard to push storage items around because of it being so rough, plus servicing the heater and AC. But now with this flooring, it works out perfect, plus I believe it makes the space warmer.

The mats are very lightweight and easy to assemble. They are a great value for the price and do a good job to protect floors. They do have indents when you put weights on them or have any heavy items on them however the main thing is they protect your floors from scratches. If you drop weights or do power cleans it’s best to get more heavy duty mats like stall mats instead.

We have tons of these throughout our house to protect kids from falling and bumping their heads on wood or tile. These in particular are perfect for a workout room or under area rugs to give extra padding. They are essentially the same as all the other mats we have, but they do have a little extra grip for working out. Highly recommended.

I have a small home gym set up for kickboxing in my garage. The concrete floor was very hard on my back when jumping rope, hitting the heavy bag, etc. These Mats are perfect - no more back pain after my workouts. They seem much more durable than the ones you can get at home depot or lowes and their thickness is perfect for workouts.

I got these to go under a heavy exercise bike used in a floored out loft over our sitting room, so I wanted to both protect the floor (too much work to replace any of it!) and reduce noise going into the room below. Haven't had the mats long enough to see how well they really last, but first impression is of good quality, & they'll certainly protect the floor as long as they last.

Awesome gym flooring! We bought this for our home gym. Really great thickness and protection for our wood floor beneath Not as grippy as rubber flooring but wearing sneakers helps if you need more grip. If you lift heavy snd want to protect your floors underneath, this is for you.
