These Rubber Tile are great for covering the basement floor of our 70 year old house. Very comfy to lay on and also for working out. Our basement is partially finished and sealed (sheet rock and flooring was removed due to water intrusion so these are a great alternative to carpet and/or linoleum tiles).

These tiles to cover the floor for use of the home gym and it was very easy to assemble and in future I can use it for my kids or move it to the shed when I place gym there it's very versatile. It's also fairly thick material and absorbs a bit of noise as when I'm dropping weights. I would say this is very cheap product but at the same time highly qualitative.

In short, this is a very good product and I am planning to buy it again.
The mats are solid and sturdy whilst being light, so easy to move around. I have put my exercise bike and a weights bench on these, both of which are quite heavy. They have left marks in the mats, which you would expect, but these are merely superficial due to the thickness of the mats.

The interlock is perfect so no water leaks under when cleaning.
They’re durable and continually bounce back after stepping on, and comfortable to lay on with or without a mat.
