I've got my workout bench and free weights on it and it is very nicely padded. Wanted something to nicely distribute the weight to avoid leaving permanent indents on my carpet. These seem like they will do the trick. Feels like great quality material when standing on them and wipes off easily if needed.

Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Have used with a treadfmill (78Kg) and it's not moving and is protecting the floor. Seems to dampen the sound a little too.

It’s a soft material and it has some thickness to it, so you don’t hurt during the exercises. At the same time, it’s not super thick that you lose your balance.
