These floor gym Tiles are perfect for working out; my husband does weights at home and uses a rug on one side and a few childrens play on tiles the other. These are exactly what he should be using - good cushioning (if he drops a weight), fit together and stay together, and look smart too.

Ordered these for various spots in our house to protect our new flooring. It seems to be perfect under our extremely heavy workout system and furniture downstairs. It bounces back after a day or two when the heavy things are moved (such as a cabinet that hold workout gear).

These sit on my carpeted floor linked together and support my exercise bike and medicarn power vibration plate. They support the exercise products very well protecting the carpet underneath and not slipping aiding safe and carpet damage free. These mats are perfect.
