This Gym rubber matting is very good and provide protection to our hardwood floors. The mat does keep the treadmill from sliding around and it looks nice under it on the floor.

I've got a gym in my garage which is sat upon some old carpet, which doesn't look great, so I ordered these to replace it. They look smart, are easy to lay down and I've put them under my weights to stop them rolling about and they seem to be bearing up well.

This gym mat is really good! It’s quite thickly padded which is good for when using weights and you need to put them down, the mat would take all the impact with ease. Easy to clean as well so once workout is completed. Recommend to those who want to set up a home gym!
